"I joined Isio in 2020 as a graduate trainee in the actuarial department. My role allows me to get involved in a variety of work from calculating transfer values for individual members, to carrying out valuations for whole pension schemes. I initially joined the company virtually which could have been difficult had it not been for the welcoming and supportive nature of the people at Isio. My colleagues encourage me to take up new opportunities and share my opinions which really helps with my development both technically and professionally.
