Product Delivery Coordinator
Product Delivery Coordinator - Employee Benefits Technology Programme
We are looking for a Product Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our Employee Benefits Technology Programme. This is a key coordination role, working closely with our EB Product Leads, internal stakeholders and technology vendor to help keep delivery on track. The role will focus on making sure activity is well organised, governance processes are followed, decisions and actions are clearly captured, and communication across the programme is clear and consistent. While the immediate focus is on delivery coordination, there is a clear opportunity for the role to develop over time into a Product Manager position.
What does the role entail?

Coordinate activity between Product Leads, internal teams and the external technology vendor.
Track progress against delivery plans, milestones, actions, risks and dependencies.
Ensure programme governance processes are followed, including preparation for key meetings and reporting.
Capture and follow up on actions, decisions, risks and issues from programme meetings.
Maintain clear programme documentation.
Support communication between stakeholders, product teams and technology teams.
Help manage priorities and support decision-making.
Coordinate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Support testing, feedback and release readiness activity.
Support delivery tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Identify improvements to delivery processes and ways of working.
What we're looking for:
Experience supporting projects, programmes, product teams or technology delivery preferably within the Employee Benefits industry or a Tech start up environment.
Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and tool integrations.
Experience of enterprise Agile frameworks (ideally SAFe).
Experience with prioritisation frameworks such as WSJF.
Experience supporting PI planning / Big Room planning and QBRs.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Good written communication skills.
Attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
An innovative mindset with an interest in product management and user-centred design.
Experience working with external suppliers is beneficial.
What success looks like
Programme activity is well coordinated and visible.
Product Leads are well supported.
Risks, issues and dependencies are tracked and followed up.
Delivery tooling is up to date and accurate.
Agile ceremonies maintain team momentum.
Governance meetings are well prepared.
Clear communication across stakeholders and vendor.
Delivery remains aligned to programme priorities.
Able to lead and coach teams to improve ways of working.
Epics, Features and Stories are well defined.
Builds enough product knowledge to take on ownership.
