Senior Designer, Client Engagement & Communication
Isio is actively seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our Client Engagement and Communication team. Your role will be working directly with our clients, designing communications on their behalf, for their employees.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead on the creative design and art working of employee and member communications
- Deliver solutions across multiple channels including print, digital, email and video
- Develop relationships with clients and support in client meetings
- Support with training (internal and client) around best practice approaches
- Ability to work and deliver across our key propositions of DB, DC and Reward
- Ability to manage own workload within time and budget constraints
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Delegate and oversee aspects of delivery to other members of the team and external agencies
- Identify and act on new opportunities for existing clients
- Able to identify and support in the development of new ideas and process within Isio
- Proactively seeks to share knowledge across the team
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive knowledge of the UK pensions industry (DC and DB)
- Creative design and art working skills
- High level of experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of accessibility requirements for both print and digital
- Knowledge of good practice communication approaches
Where is the role?
This position can be based in our Isio offices located in Leeds, London and Manchester. The existing communication team works out of Leeds.
We operate on a hybrid basis, offering you the opportunity to work both in the office and from home. The expectation would be 2 -3 days per week in the office.
