I’m Head of Operations in the Pensions Admin Team. Based in our Croydon office I support our Central Services, Member Services and Project Teams to deliver our award winning service to our members and clients. I joined Premier in 2005 and helping to grow the admin business over the last 17 years whilst maintaining the innovative, member-focused and fun ethos that we were founded on has been hugely rewarding.

Over the years it’s been particularly satisfying to witness colleagues develop their long-term careers at Premier, and now we’re part of Isio there will be even more opportunities for staff to progress within admin operations or to branch off into other arears. So, it’s a really exciting phase in our journey and a great time to join the team!
