"I’ve worked in the South actuarial team since graduating with a degree in maths and have been a manager in that team for a few years now. I’m a bit of a generalist, but I particularly like large project work that we often do, things like introducing new options for members of pension schemes and unpicking issues around companies changing their pensions provision for their staff. At Isio, I had the opportunity early on to get in front of large groups of scheme members, and individuals one-to-one, and guide them through challenging changes. It’s been the breadth of experiences that I’ve had at Isio which is one of the best things about working here."

My team, and the people at Isio, however are the main reason I’ve never changed or sought to change my job. Many of my best friends are the colleagues I’ve worked with over the years, and we genuinely do go above and beyond to ‘pull together’ to solve challenges, which of course occur.
