Pensions Systems Onboarding Specialist
The Systems Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Onboarding of several new clients, contributing a new proposition within Isio. The role involves working with a number of different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
This role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices, with a hybrid workstyle.
What does the role entail?
Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations
Validate historical data, including service periods, salary history, and contribution records.
Audit and reconcile member data to identify discrepancies or gaps.
Ongoing support with data issues identified post Go Live.
Participate in the build of optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team
Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Scheme Installations
What we’re looking for
Experience of modern pensions administration systems
Proven record of delivering pension scheme installations
Proven record of delivering integrated payrolls
Able to set up processes (eg Pension increases) for installed schemes
Proven Systems knowledge for moving data between databases
Proven Systems knowledge for creating standard alone databases
Understanding the power of good audit trails and documentation
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills
Excellent Planning & Organisational skills
Strong analytical skills and creative approach to getting work delivered
Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery of work
Management of key stakeholders at all levels in a typical corporate environment
