As part of the Marketing and Client Development team at Isio - a progressive advisory firm, working with clients of all sizes to deliver expertise in pensions, benefits, wealth planning and investment management, this role plays a critical role in helping support brand awareness, client retention and engagement for the business.
The Senior Events & Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering event and sponsorship activities in the brand and client marketing team to support client communications, engagement and retention strategies in addition to internal events and linked activities to support employee engagement.
This role will report to the Events & Sponsorship Manager and work closely with the communications, marketing and bid managers to support effective delivery of key external and internal projects.
Department
The role is part of a marketing and client development team working in close alignment to drive an integrated marketing and communications plan for the business. The team is a fully integrated and valued component of our Isio strategy, playing a key role in developing and delivering the firm’s strategy with an integrated approach to sales and marketing.
Objective
Help plan, manage, deliver and implement events, sponsorships and hospitality programmes to support sales and marketing strategies for the business, supporting the development of wider campaign channel activity where required.
What does the role entail?
Marketing project management across all channels
Organisation and overseeing of internal and external events, sponsorship and hospitality programmes
Budget management on core marketing projects
Managing client communications
Helping to drive brand consistency, guidelines and values
Collaborate with suppliers and agencies on key marketing initiatives
Support development and production of sales propositions and marketing materials to aid sales support for client audiences
Support brand migration projects and ensure compliance and risk management
Manage marketing and communications KPI dashboard against objectives using CRM and MarTech
Bring a creative and innovative approach to client engagement strategies
Working effectively and collaboratively on marketing projects including client experience, account-based marketing and client engagement
Operate and work across all marketing channels including digital, social and online platforms
What we’re looking for:
Experience as an executive within a similar role, demonstrating planning and execution of events, sponsorships and hospitality programmes, in addition to broader marketing channel activity.
A relevant Degree in marketing, communications or business.
Experience working within marketing within the Financial Services, or Professional Services industry.
Demonstrated experience across a marketing mix; for example; event management, project campaigns, communication programmes, brand management or marketing research.
