Responsible to: Head of Brand and Client Marketing
As part of the Marketing and Client Development team at Isio - a progressive advisory firm, working with clients of all sizes to deliver expertise in pensions, benefits, wealth planning and investment management - this is a critical role supporting the fast-paced growth ambitions of the business.
This role will be responsible for creating and executing event and sponsorship strategies that generate interest and demand for Isio’s clients across pensions, benefits and wealth & investment audiences.
Department
The role is part of a marketing and client development team working in close alignment with business divisional leaders. The team is a fully integrated and valued component of our Isio strategy playing a key role in developing and delivering the firm’s strategy with an integrated approach to sales and marketing.
Objective
This role supports the growing demands of a maturing business where event, sponsorship and hospitality forms part of the business development and marketing mix. Differing client needs and audiences requires event and engagement strategies that effectively support client experience and opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
Strategic marketing insights leading Isio’s event and sponsorship programme ensuring protection and enhancement of our brand.
Planning, organising, and executing marketing events to ensure clear promotion of our brand and services.
Leading a clear strategy and effective delivery on client engagement and hospitality programmes across different buyer audiences.
Supporting the business on client experience and brining a consistent look and feel to our brand experience at all external activities.
Work with key business stakeholders across Isio to own event impact for clients and prospects ensuring lead generation for the sales teams.
Leads and delivers client concierge programmes supporting account-based marketing programmes for our IPTs, platinum and gold accounts with a clear client centric approach to engagement.
Leads the concierge hospitality and client experience programme for the wealth business ensuring high touch point experience for UHNW audiences.
Owns and manages operational efficiency for Isio’s events, sponsorship and hospitality programme considering resource deployment and outsourcing approaches for effective delivery.
Manages business optimisation on all such programmes through a self-serve operating model and implements external supplier models.
Manages relationships with sponsorship vendors, suppliers, and client attendees.
Leads with key business stakeholders and develops clear sponsorship programmes and brand ambassador associations ensuring strategic thinking to business objectives are met.
Ensures brand consistency and client experience is of high quality linking in across all local offices to ensure collective client brand experience.
Protects the reputation and brand of Isio through all event touch points.
Line management of a marketing executive that supports in the strategic and delivery direction of the programmes in the brand and client marketing team.
Key Skills & Experience
Manager with proven marketing expertise in initiating, leading and executing successful event, sponsorship, hospitality and client experience programmes.
Experience working with stakeholders and client audiences with high client experience ratings.
Strong experience working in leading event and client engagement programmes in premium buyer audiences such as UHNW and HNW concierge programmes.
Demonstrated ability to be part of a wider marketing team and line management experience directly and through agency models.
Proven record in leading sponsorship and events in financial services or professional services sectors. Preferable experience in wealth and private client.
Possesses comprehensive experience across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C models.
