Head of Digital & Acquisition Marketing
As part of the Marketing, Communications and Bid leadership team this is a critical role supporting the fast-paced growth ambitions of the business. We require someone that can lead a small team across digital marketing, data and demand generation accelerating our approach as part of a wider growth strategy. The role will be focused on supporting B2B | B2B2C and B2C acquisition strategies through adopting a digitally led, data first model.
The role is part of a marketing communications and client development leadership team working in close alignment with business divisional leaders.
The team is a fully integrated and valued component of our Isio strategy playing a key role in developing and delivering the firm’s strategy with an integrated approach to sales and marketing.
Role and Responsibilities
Facilitate business growth by generating demand through strategic digital marketing, thorough research and insights, and effective CRM management. Consistently communicate Isio's brand, values, and vision across all marketing initiatives to strengthen lead generation efforts.
This role will involve working closely with core stakeholders in the business, other central support functions and alongside colleagues across wider marketing, communications and bid team. It also encompasses the development and execution of comprehensive data led, digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
· Leverage AI-driven digital and data strategies to increase efficiency.
· Lead a small team of digital and social marketers, as well as data specialists, to implement campaigns and marketing programs.
· Set the strategy for new business opportunities working to business growth objectives through acquisition led marketing campaigns driving demand and leads through targeted multi-channel programmes.
· Oversee CRM marketing management, ensuring the evolution, maintenance, and activation of initiatives for both client and prospect engagement, while providing guidance on management information (MI).
· Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to align digital strategies with objectives and optimise campaign performance for lead generation.
· Manage segmentation, data analytics, and insights for Isio’s client base.
· Administer the digital marketing budget and ensure return on investment for all digital campaigns.
· Responsible for competitor research and analysis using MI to inform GTM strategies for new opportunities.
· Manage and lead on client satisfaction delivery working in collaboration with wider marketing to inform marketing strategies.
· Ensure robust risk management and governance frameworks are established for all digital and data marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with other leadership members across brand and client marketing, communications, and the pursuit team to define targeted buyer and client audience profiles and demand generation strategies.
Key Skills & Experience
We require require someone with strategic vision, strong digital marketing and data management skills, and effective leadership overseeing Isio’s digital marketing strategy.
· Strong strategic and commercial budget management skills
· Proven expertise in digital marketing strategy development and execution
· Deep knowledge of data management, martech and CRM
· Proficient in segmentation & persona mapping for the client journey
· Demonstrated ability to leverage client insights and data to support sales
· Strong track record of leading digital, data, and CRM teams
· Experience working within regulated environments in financial services is essential, specifically in wealth and investment markets
· Advanced stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
· Effective and collaborative team player
· Skilled at leading complex, multi-project initiatives
