2026 Actuarial & Consulting - Graduate Business Data Analyst - Leeds
Length of programme: You will be employed on a permanent basis but anticipate it taking 3 years to achieve the relevant professional qualification.
Qualifications you’ll work for: You will be supported in working to achieve a Level 4 or Level 6 Data Analytics qualification (dependent on your current qualifications)
Location: Bristol
Entry requirements:
- To apply for this role you need to have completed an undergraduate degree or higher level qualification by 1 September 2026 and have achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year of university study, we are looking for those on track to achieve this.
- We are open to applications from those studying any subject; although due to the nature of the role subjects such as Computer science, Business, Business Management, IT, Economics or related fields will be most advantageous.
- You will need to have the permanent right to work in the UK after you complete your university study.
- We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position and therefore you will need to be able to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
What you will be doing:
- Assist in data manipulation and analysis in order to identify areas where pension scheme data needs improving and then improving it. Support senior analysts in the creation, development, and delivery of projects and client deliverables enhancement solutions.
- Gather, document and maintain business requirements effectively using standard methodologies and tools.
- Work as part of client focused teams to understand their objectives and deliver solutions.
- Work collaboratively alongside cross-functional teams.

Training and Development
As a graduate analyst at Isio, you will be supported in a Level 4 or Level 6 Data Analytics qualification
Additional support will come from:
