2026 Graduate Innovation Analyst, Edinburgh
Length of programme: You will be employed on a permanent basis from the point you start working on this role in Isio.
Location: Edinburgh
Entry requirements:
- To apply for this role, you need to have completed an undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by 1 September 2026 and have achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year of university study, we are looking for those on track to achieve this.
- Your degree subject does not have to be in a specific subject but this role requires strong analytical skills so being comfortable with numerical information and data is important.
- We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position and therefore you will need to be able to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Being an Graduate Innovation Analyst at Isio
This role sits within our Digital Solutions Team at Isio. The Digital team at Isio are a multi-skilled team of digital, data and change consultants. This team have deep understanding and knowledge of Isio’s work and clients in Pensions Consultancy, Pensions Administration, Employee Benefits and Wealth Planning and work with our client-facing teams to design and develop digital solutions that deliver improved results.
The Digital team at Isio are working on a range of exciting solutions utilising a range of technologies and approaches. The team are looking to deliver new ways of engaging with our customers, automating and strengthening processes and reducing the use of manual tasks.
What you will be doing
As an industry leader, we offer a wide range of opportunities for graduates to train and build their core technical skills. We also want to hear your views and help you introduce fresh ways of thinking to the work we do in Pensions Consultancy (Actuarial & Investment), Pensions Administration, Employee Benefits and Wealth Planning. Some of the things you’ll be involved in as a Graduate Innovation Analyst are below but remember, our work stretches beyond the points below and that’s where we set ourselves apart.
- Understanding how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can support Isio and our clients be more successful
- Developing ideas for innovation through detailed research, understanding commercial priorities, technical design and understanding how systems and processes are managed
- Testing solutions
- Partnering with our clients in design and delivering innovation.
Initially a Graduate Innovation Analyst will play a key support role across the Digital Team working on a wide range of projects from scoping, design, delivery and review. As you building your understanding of Isio and our clients and demonstrate the right approach you will grow your experience and accountability. This will include leading specific projects and directly engaging with colleagues and our clients.
