2026 Wealth Graduate Analyst Rotational Programme, Croydon
Length of Programme: Brand new programme here at Isio, our Wealth team is diversifying and growing. This has created an opportunity to provide a 2-year rotational programme within teams in our Wealth service line. The programme will consist of 2, 12-month rotations. 1 rotation within the Wealth Planning team and 1 rotation either in the Investment Management team or Private Office. At the end of the 2 years, you will be aligned to the team that suits your strengths.
Qualifications you’ll work for: You will work towards achieving Level 4 through the CII and there may also be opportunity to complete the IMC and or the CFA dependent on your career and development aspirations.

Entry Requirements:
- To apply for this role, you need to have completed an undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by September 2026 and have achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year of university study, we are looking for those on track to achieve this.
- Open to applications from those studying any degree subject but must demonstrate an ability work with data, financial concepts, client/customer service skills, ability to work to deadlines, attention to detail and have future career aspirations to work within the Wealth and Investment Management industry
- We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position and therefore you will need to be able to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Working in Wealth team at Isio
Our Wealth team is made up of core teams that work closely together to deliver an exceptional service to our clients. By turning the complex into simple and putting together recommendations that best suit our clients on their personal circumstances with integrity and transparency in our delivery.
Core Teams
Wealth Planning - We help clients gain greater confidence in their financial wellbeing by providing advice and investment solutions aligned to clients goals and objectives. The advice we provide focusses on and includes:
- Accumulating wealth, looking at Pensions, ISAs and a range of additional options
- Retirement and drawing down pensions, using cash flow analysis
- Inheritance Tax, to support clients on how and when they pass their wealth to the next generation
- Protection – providing protection be that to give peace of mind through critical illness cover, income protection etc or to protect against IHT liabilities
- Executive financial planning
- Sophisticated investments, such as VCTs and EIS
- Business planning, such as keyman and shareholder protection
Wealth Solutions
We deliver investment solutions to the broader wealth market on both a B2B and B2C basis. These are powered by our central Isio investment engine, comprising 40+ highly technical specialists dedicated to manager research across all asset classes. This team also manages our in-house portfolios for the Wealth Planning and Private Office teams. The type of work includes:
- Portfolio construction
- Portfolio management
- Solution design
- Client servicing
- Product governance and reporting
Private Capital Team
Provides Ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNW), Family Office, Charity and Endowment clients with investment advisory and managed account services. Our focus is on navigating the unique challenges of wealth preservation, liquidity, and governance across generations. As an independent provider, we assess the entire investment market to build bespoke, best-in-class portfolios. Clients benefit from direct access to the same top-tier managers as our institutional clients, across all asset classes—including private markets.
- Managed accounts: delegate responsibility to implement and manage client’s portfolio within objectives.
- Ongoing active advice: setting objectives, proposal strategy, manager selection, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, with you retaining control over decisions within the portfolio.
- Project consulting: to review your existing portfolio, set objectives, and proposal strategy.
What you will be doing
You will get the opportunity to develop analytical and problem-solving skills whilst developing your interpersonal skills as part of a team in a professional environment. You will be involved from day one with the work that we do for our clients and members including:
- Assisting in the analysis and interpretation of financial data to support business and client decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and solutions
- Collaborate with team members to prepare presentations and reports for internal governance, board reporting amongst other audiences.
- Support the Wealth Team in the evaluation and implementation strategies.
- Participate in strategy, project, team and client meetings
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies
