2026 Pensions Consulting Graduate Analyst Programme, Croydon
Length of programme: Around 2 years to achieve your relevant professional qualification, however you are employed on a permanent basis from the start of your graduate role.

Entry requirements:
- To apply for this role you need to have completed an undergraduate degree or higher level qualification by 1 September 2026 and have achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year of university study, we are looking for those on track to achieve this.
- We are open to applications from those studying any subject. You will be required to demonstrate excellent written and numeracy skills and a keen interest in financial concepts at different stages of your application process.
- We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position and therefore you will need to be able to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will be doing
As an industry leader, we offer a wide range of opportunities for graduates to train and build their core consulting skills. But, we also want to hear your views and help you introduce fresh ways of thinking. Some of the things you’ll be involved in as a consultant are below but remember, our work stretches beyond pensions and that’s where we set ourselves apart.
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders to draft Trustee meeting agendas and co-ordinate the papers required for the meetings ensuring they are available on our online system ahead of the Trustee meetings
- Prepare other materials for the Trustees including risk logs, training logs, scheme returns etc.
- Attend client meetings and produce first draft on the Trustee meeting minutes.
- Take ownership for the actions coming out of the meetings and ensure these happen within the required timescales.
- Supporting in designing and implementing employee communications such as newsletters.
- Take an active interest in reviewing processes and implementing best practice across the client portfolio.
- Helping clients understand and manage governance changes that affect their pension schemes.
- Contributing to proposals for new business opportunities.
- Manages the trustees annual budget process and monitors advisors’ costs against this
- Take responsibility for all aspects client management from an internal perspective
