Role Title: 2026 Actuarial & Consulting Graduate Analyst Programme, Croydon
Length of programme: Around 3 years to achieve your relevant professional qualification, however you are employed on a permanent basis from the start of your graduate role.
Qualifications you’ll work for: you’ll work towards: Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (IFoA).

Entry requirements:
- To apply for this role you need to have completed an undergraduate degree or higher level qualification by 1 September 2026 and have achieved a 2.1 or higher. If you are in your final year of university study, we are looking for those on track to achieve this.
- We are open to applications from those studying any subject. Studying towards the actuarial exams will require strong mathematical skills and a keen interest in financial concepts.
- If you have studied a non-numerical degree subject, we will require you to have obtained a Maths A-level at B or higher or within an equivalent qualification.

What you will be doing
As an industry leader, we offer a wide range of opportunities for graduates to train and build their core consulting and analytical skills. Some of the things you’ll be involved in as an actuarial graduate analyst are below but remember, our work stretches beyond pensions and that’s where we set ourselves apart.
- Applying actuarial skills and concepts to calculate the value of pension and other benefits for employers and trustees.
- Financial modelling and risk analysis to help clients understand their future pension obligations and principal risks.
- Advising clients on their pensions strategy and how to manage these risks, both on a day-to-day basis and when considering a long term objective.
- Designing and implementing employee communication programmes.
- Helping clients understand and manage accounting, tax and legislative changes that affect their pension schemes.
- Contributing to proposals for new business opportunities.
- Attending client meetings and explaining the team’s work
