Learning & Development Facilitator
We are seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator to join our Talent Development team.
As an L&D Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of our learning strategy. This role will assist in the organisation and facilitation of various programmes aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills and expertise of employees.
This role can be based in our Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle. There will be regular travel, and overnight stays, between our offices to deliver training.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of structured learning pathways for experienced staff, focusing on behavioural development.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted development interventions.
- Monitor programme effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and business impact metrics.
- Continuously refine learning offerings based on learner feedback, business needs, and external benchmarking.
- Implement blended learning approach. Working with team members to produce e-learning.
- Work closely with team administrators to ensure the business is utilising the LMS effectively.
- Support the technical training team by providing behavioural training that compliments technical learning pathways.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong learning design & delivery skills.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office and LMS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and can-do attitude to work.
- Relevant qualification in Learning or Coaching is desirable.
- Experience working in professional services is desirable.
