We are Seeking an Experienced Chartered Financial Planner (or working towards chartered status) to help drive growth and shape client-centric solutions in a dynamic remote advisory environment.

We need a Chartered Financial Planner with proven expertise to pioneer remote advisory strategies that deliver flexibility without compromising on personalised service.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Chartered Financial Planner (or working towards chartered status), with a strong track record of delivering remote, ongoing financial planning services to individuals. This role is desk-based and focused on building long-term client relationships through digital channels, providing proactive, holistic advice that evolves with clients’ needs.
You will take ownership of an established client book, delivering ongoing service and support while proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance our clients’ financial outcomes.
As a challenger in the industry, we are looking for individuals with excellent financial planning, wealth consulting and technical skills, a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant with Isio Wealth Planning, you will support and drive our engagement and success through:
- Delivering comprehensive financial planning services remotely via video, phone, and digital platforms.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients to review goals, adapt strategies, and ensure ongoing alignment with their financial objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless digital client experiences and efficient service delivery.
- Using CRM and planning tools to track client progress and document advice.
- Supporting client acquisition through digital engagement.
- Providing exceptional advice and service to clients through both initial and ongoing engagements.
- Supporting our continued growth as a business by advising and servicing both new and existing clients
- Contribute materially to the growth aspirations of the business.
- Maintain compliance and uphold the high standards we are reputed for.
Key Skills & Experience
- You will have Chartered status or working towards, with at least 3 years experience as a Wealth Adviser.
- Experience of providing a wide range of holistic advice to clients.
- Be prepared to work both independently and collaboratively with the team and wider business.
- Evidence of delivering comprehensive financial planning services remotely via video, phone, and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain regular contact with clients to review goals, adapt strategies, and ensure ongoing alignment with their financial objectives.
- Comfortable with collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless digital client experiences and efficient service delivery.
- Confident in the use of CRM and planning tools to track client progress and document advice.
- Experience of supporting client acquisition through digital engagement and referrals from internal and external partners.
- Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities and client referrals.
- Have a strong reputation of excellence in client advice and service
- Possess the ability and presence to establish credibility, confidence, gravitas, and trust in both one-on-one situations and group environments.
Where is the role?
We are recruiting for a consultant primarily in London and Croydon area.
We operate on a hybrid basis, with a blend of working in the office 3 days a week and remainder remotely.
This is a desk-based role. While you may occasionally attend team events or client meetings in person, the core delivery model is virtual, enabling flexibility and nationwide client reach.
