Early Careers and Talent Administrator (Apprentice)

This role is part of the Talent Resourcing Team at Isio, reporting to the Early Careers Resourcing & Strategy Manager and supporting recruitment activity across the business. As Isio continues its growth this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their knowledge, experience and expertise in resourcing in Early Careers (Graduates, Summer Interns, Industrial Placements and Apprentices) as well as Experienced Hiring.
The key focus of the role is to provide effective, accurate and timely administration support across our resourcing activity supporting both applicants and hiring managers have a positive experience.
The Talent Resourcing Team at Isio have a wealth of experience and are keen to support whoever is in this role with building their knowledge of recruitment and develop professionally. This role also will include the opportunity to achieve qualifications and membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) through a Level 3 or Level 5 Apprenticeship.
The role is to be based in our London office.
Role Responsibilities
- First response to candidate queries.
- Support with candidate pipeline application screening
- Organise and at times attend recruitment events on university campuses across the UK
- Send mass emails, assessments, and pre-drafted updates
- Assessment centre and interview scheduling support
- Initiate background screening
- Coordinate and conduct new joiner right to work checks
- Support administration of key pre-joining engagement activity
- Support with the execution of the annual Early Careers induction event
- Place adverts on relevant job boards
- Support the wider Talent Acquisition with administrative tasks
Experience & Competencies Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- An interest in a career within recruitment
- A general understanding a human resources function and purpose
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage a busy and changing workload effectively
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- To be able to manage the workload of a Level 3 or Level 5 HR Apprenticeship an applicant would need to demonstrate they have successfully achieved academic qualifications equivalent to 3 A Levels at C Grade or higher.
