Pensions Systems Analyst - Data
This technical role will work within Admin Systems Team delivering work in a consistent and market leading manner and will play a key part of ensuring ongoing work is delivered effectively for the Administration business.
The Pensions Systems Analyst will report into the Work/Skill Leads and will be part of the Admin Systems team working closely with the Pensions Administration business area as well as many other stakeholders from across Isio.
This vacancy can be based in any one of our city centre office locations with a hybrid workstyle.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work within a team to deliver Admin Systems work.
- Deliver work in a consistent and efficient manner.
- Work with stakeholders to understand how processes and systems can be utilised most effectively across the technical skill.
- Play an active role in the delivery of work through coding and configuration of the admin platforms.
- Liaising with other team members to ensure that the delivery of solutions is consistent and effective.
- Work with Work and Skill Leads to develop solutions for work as required.
- Participate in the build of optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team.
- Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Admin Systems.
- Work with the Applications and Systems team to hand over any applicable tasks.
- Work within the wider governance framework to ensure a consistent approach and documentation of all work delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Admin Systems team to develop and enhance understanding.
- Participate in the training and development of the Admin Systems team as well as mentoring less experienced colleagues.
- Ensure processes support Isio’s ISO27001 & ISO22301 certifications and are built with security considerations as a key element.
Key Skills & Experience
- Pensions knowledge and understanding is essential
- Proven record of delivering solutions across admin systems
- Proven systems expertise across admin systems
- Management of key stakeholders at all levels in a typical corporate environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills.
- Experience of modern pensions administration systems
- Excellent Planning & Organisational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and creative approach to getting work delivered.
- Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery of work
