As the Manager of the Wealth Consultant team, you will support in meeting the teams objectives of:
- Providing exceptional advice and service to clients
- Build our profile, reputation and engagement internally and externally
- Support our continued growth as a business through representing PWP both internally and externally facilitating new introductions to the Wealth Consultants
- Enhance our integration into Isio as part of their proposition
What’s the role?
As a challenger in the industry, we are looking for individuals with excellent financial planning, and technical skills, along with a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Day to day, role and responsibilities include:
- Leading the team to meet our objectives of growth and integration within Isio
- Supporting the Financial Advisers in providing outstanding advice and service to clients both through initial and on-going advice
- Leading in the building of the profile of Premier Wealth Planning and Isio in the region and supporting the Financial Advisers in networking and engaging internally and externally
- Ensuring Premier Wealth Planning is an established, creditable and integrated part of the proposition in which we add value to both their introducers (in Isio and externally) and their clients
- Being responsible for the performance and management of the team.
Where is the role?
We are looking for a Wealth Consultant Manager to lead a team of Consultants principally based outside of the South East and in a range of locations nationwide. The role can be based in any one of our Isio offices located in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and London.
We operate on a hybrid basis, offering you the opportunity to work both in the office and from home. The expectation would be 2 -3 days per week in the office.

Key skills and experience
We’re looking for new colleagues, ideally with the following skills and expertise –You will have experience of leading and managing a team of advisers and be able to evidence your impact through growth of the business and establishment of a team culture. In addition -
- You will ideally have provided advice in the past, be technically competent (potentially Chartered Financial Planner) and have at least 5 years’ experience in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management business
- Be able to work both independently, and collaboratively with the team and indeed wider business
- You will have experience directly or indirectly of business development and building an established network of external firms who have introduced potential clients to you
- Be able to demonstrate the highest standards of Client advice and service.
