This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing Reward & Benefits team as a R&H Senior Manager. Our Reward & Benefits team plays a central role in Isio’s ambition to broaden our offering beyond pensions. Our team has already seen significant growth, and the recent acquisition of Premier has accelerated our plans – we expect to achieve rapid growth as we take our expertise to market and we are looking for new talent to join the team.
In addition to R&H, our Reward & Benefits business provides a range services to our clients including benefit design, benefits technology, pensions and workplace savings advice and governance, and employee support (including financial coaching). We are looking for an experienced R&H professional to help drive the growth in this exciting and rapidly growing area of our business. You will have a responsibility for actively building new business opportunities, alongside providing expert advice on Group Risk and Healthcare Wellbeing initiatives (including implementation).
You will work closely with other experts within our Reward & Benefits team to take the best solutions to our high value corporate prospects and clients. You will share your specialist knowledge with clients and the internal team so that we continue to innovate and deliver best in class service across the full Reward & Benefits spectrum.
Our Reward and Benefits team is based in all Isio offices; this role will see you working with people of differing areas of expertise and based in a variety of different offices.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the delivery of R&H sales strategy nationally and actively participate in the wider Reward & Benefits sales team.
- Work closely with other Reward & Benefits experts to deliver additional revenue growth from our clients and prospects, as well as linking in with other service lines in the Isio business.
- Deliver new business targets by the acquisition of mid-corporate and large clients with complex requirements and/or multiple insurance products
- Develop new business pipeline from expanded new business opportunities from existing clients, internal and external networking, conferences, and industry event attendance, social media and via thought leadership.
- Ensure the smooth on-boarding and implementation requirements of new clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for proposition enhancement / development and new target markets to ensure the R&H team retain competitive advantage.
- Effective management of relationships with insurers, providers and partners to deliver high quality outcomes for clients, and to support proposition development, and to maintain and strengthen Isio’s strategic partnerships.
- Support colleagues with Reward & Benefit proposals, RFP / ITT responses, and new business / pitch meetings, and enquiries / referrals.
- Maintain awareness of R&H industry, market developments and key competitor activity to inform the wider Reward & Benefits team, and all other relevant internal parties
Experience and Competencies Required
- Experience in successfully converting potential mid-corporate and large client opportunities
- Experience in relationship building with insurers, providers, and partners
- A proven ability to negotiate successfully on behalf of clients to deliver new business targets
- A proven ability in meeting complex needs of mid-corporate and large clients
- Strong experience with employee benefits (including flexible benefits).
- Strong knowledge and technical awareness of the UK risk and healthcare benefits (including trust-based, self-insured, and insured arrangements)
- Knowledge of employee benefits market trends within the UK
- Demonstrate the ability to be consultative and pragmatic in client strategy and delivery
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, alongside excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to distill technical language (industry jargon) for non-experts (clients and colleagues)
